Course Aim and Objective:
This course explores how critical control management (CCM) integrates with and enhances existing risk management frameworks. By examining industry incident data and leading practices, students will learn to critique bowtie and control analyses, define rigorous selection and specification standards, and implement effective CCM systems to improve organizational safety and resilience.
